We help you increase your skill and education levels by providing assistance with 100% of tuition fees and 2 days of study leave for courses that are relevant to your job.

Factory tours

Many of our sales and service team members receive a trip to our factory in Thailand to gain a deeper understanding of our processes and products.

Conferences

Our twice yearly conferences allow us to provide our team with the latest information about Mitsubishi Heavy Industries products and services as well as general education programs for all of our employees. Each conference culminates in a company dinner at some of Sydney’s best venues.
